Reiki Level 1 Certification

Reiki Level 1 training is for learning personal healing and chakra balancing. First degree attunement is a practitioner’s initiation into Reiki and is accessible to everyone. The focus at Reiki Level 1 is to open the energy channels at the physical level, allowing the practitioner to connect to the energy of the universal life force, which flows from the cosmos through the crown of the head and heart and hands. At this level, you will learn hand placement as well as several techniques.

After this training, a practitioner will be able to apply the treatments to their friends and family. At Reiki Level 1, you will learn the history of Reiki, the principles and practices of healing yourself and treating others. You will learn the benefits of Reiki and its principles.
