CHAKRADANCE

 Celebration 1 (Crown to Base)

This is a 3 hour workshop dancing through all 7 chakras. It begins with an opening meditation, a warm-up dance, and then one long dance starting at the crown chakra and moving down through each chakra to the base. This is then followed by an integration dance and a relaxation meditation. The overall feel of this workshop is like a gentle moving meditation.
