Awakening Cycle

This cycle is more intense than the Freedom cycle and consists of 9 weeks of 1.5 hours sessions. We start with an introductory workshop, a workshop on each of the 7 chakras, and an integration workshop. The cycle can also be run
over a weekend as a retreat.
