Journeying Cycle

Journeying is a series of 7 workshops (one for each chakra). Each workshop runs for 2 hours. It has a similar format to Awakening except the information on each chakra is delivered in more of a meditation format, rather than a talk. Each
workshop begins with an opening meditation, then a warm-up dance which is more dynamic in feel.
