Chakradance™ is a healing dance practice for the body, mind, and soul.

Created by Natalie Southgate of Australia, the Chakradance™ experience has been growing rapidly over the past ten years.

The practice of Chakradance™ encourages freedom of expression through spontaneous dance movement to music that has been specially created to resonate with each of the seven major chakras (energy centers in your subtle energetic body).

After the dance, you will create your own piece of mandala art, a Jungian psychology practice, to further integrate the experience.  This is followed by some time for group sharing and closing of the circle with meditation.

What You Will Learn

– Introduce you to the powerful experience of dance, meditation and mandala creation;

– Help you to more fully embody your soul;

– Major chakras are the energetic gateways through which body, mind and spirit come together, literally embodying the soul.

Who is this for?

– ChakraDance™ is a form of dance that is really quite different … This is NOT a dance class!

– Absolutely no dance skills required.

– You “dance” however you are inspired to in the moment.

– Move a little or move a lot – You may even want to sit or sway … it’s up to you.

– No set steps to memorize, it is truly freedom of personal expression.

– Dress comfortably, ready to move freely;

– An open mind and open heart!
